Latest Instability absorption by tertiary educators: Technology adoption under conditions of fragility in the Liberian higher education sector
Interviews and a survey of 22 educators at 11 Liberian tertiary institutions show that digital teaching keeps running because educators absorb the disruptions of unstable infrastructure, not because systems are supplied and accepted. The authors propose an instability absorption model to describe it.
