What is the Research Hub?

The part of NIIP that puts Liberia’s ICT research in one place: search papers, submit papers and join research groups, with the reports of government and operators alongside.

Which areas do the groups cover?

Six: artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, connectivity, digital finance and emerging tech. Each has its own page, open from the Overview.

Do I need an account?

No. The library is open to read, and anyone can submit a paper without one.

What happens after I submit a paper?

A reviewer reads every paper before it goes into the NIIS research library, and the outcome is sent to the email address you give.

Can a group use NIIS data?

The national figures are open in the Data Explorer. Only aggregate statistics are published; personal data is protected under the Data Protection Act.

Where are the ICT reports?

On the ICT Reports page, beside the research: the reports of government and operators.

Join a research group.

Tell the program who you are and the areas you work in. Sending opens your email app with the request written out, ready to go.
